Hannah Frink

Staff Farmer

Hannah (they/them) is a queer artist and farmer from Seattle, Washington, and its surrounding islands, waterways, vibrant mosses, and old-growth forests. Hannah participated in workdays at their middle school’s farm and continued farming in high school at a BIPOC- and queer-led food justice project in South Seattle. The deep connection with the land, systems thinking, trust, collaboration with the team, and a shared desire to work hard to achieve food justice for all uplift Hannah in this work. Hannah graduated from College of the Atlantic in Bar Harbor, ME, in 2023 with a degree in Human Ecology and recently moved to Chicago after spending the last six years farming in Downeast Maine, Western Washington, and Upstate New York. When not in the field, you can find Hannah making ceramics and prints, swimming, cooking a farm-veggie filled meal for friends, and going on adventures.
